摘　　要：信息技术是当代人类生产和生活最重要的载体和表征方式,它对学校德育环境产生着深刻的影响,促使其走向学习型系统。这一过程具体表现为大众传媒对德育环境的同化和现代教育技术对德育环境的顺应。因此,创新学校德育要充分依托现代传媒构建富有民族性、文化性和时代性的德育环境。Abstract： Information technology is the most important carrier and representation mode of human production and living. It has a profound impact on the environment of moral education in school, and helps make for learning system. This procedure embodies the following two aspects ： firstly, mass media assimilates the environment of moral education; secondly, modern educational technology conforms to the environment of moral education. Hence, the innovation of moral education in school should resort to the modern media to establish the environment of moral edu- cation with national, cultural and time characteristics.
