摘　　要：新时期在师范高校推行孝文化建设有着重要的意义,为了提高教育效果,必须重视对孝文化资源的开发和应用。围绕着进教材、进课堂、进头脑的要求,多渠道、多方面、多层次挖掘孝文化资源。注意师范高校孝文化建设中软硬件的有机结合,加强孝文化研究的时代意识和学术引领,努力培养师范生孝文化资源开发和应用能力。Promoting the construction of Filial Piety Culture in normal colleges and universities in the new era has important significance. To improve the education effect, normal colleges and universities must attach much importance to the develop- ment and application of filial piety culture resources. Filial piety culture resources must be explored and excavated through various channels, multifaceted and multi- !evels focusing on teaching materials, classrooms and understanding. Software and hardware should be organically integrated in the construction of filial piety culture in normal colleges and universities. Awareness to the times and academic guidance should be strengthened in terms of the research on Filial Piety Culture. And normal college students＇ abilities in terms of the development and utilization of Filial Piety Culture Resources should be cultivated too.
