摘  要:教师心理品质结构优化是建设高素质教师队伍的首要任务,是促进教师专业化发展的必然要求以及教师心理和谐发展的重要内容。优化教师心理品质须遵循教师专业成长规律,提升教师认知品质合理与完善;健全学校人文关怀机制,丰富教师职业情感品质;注重教师教育成效,砥砺教师良好意志品质;厘清不同类别教师专业标准,增强职业能力培养针对性等有效举措。Th6 optimization of teachers psychologicai quality is a primary task of constructing high--quality teaching force, a crucial requirement of promoting teachers" professional development, as well as the main content of teachers' harmonious growth of their psychology. The optimization of teachers" psychological quality should abide by the principles of teachers' professional growth, making their cognitive quality ration- al and perfect, building the system of humanistic solicitude in the university, enriching their professional and emotional quality, valuing their educational effectiveness, steeling their good willpower, distinguishing different categories of teachers" specialty" standards, reinforcing pertlnence of their professional cultivation.
