摘 要:根据教育教学理论,结合高职教育特点,从课程设置、教学内容、教学设计、教学组织与实施、特色与创新5个方面构建高职教师说课比赛的评价指标体系,指标体系涵盖14个二级指标;利用1~3标度建立判断矩阵,并应用层次分析法(AHP)确定各因素指标的权重,将比赛成绩(优秀,良好,一般,差}量化得到评价集{9,7,5,3),根据专家打分获得评价矩阵,利用算子得到评价向量,继而求得选手得分.通过实例对教师说课水平进行有效测评,利用测评结果可以帮助教师找出不足,有针对性地改进提高.Abstract According to the theories of education and teaching, and taking the specialties of the vocational education into consideration, and from 5 inspects of curriculum settings, teaching contents, teaching settings, teaching organizations and implements, and specialties and innovations, the evaluation indexes system of the lesson telling competition of the vocational college teachers including 14 secondary indexes was founded. In the system, judging matrix was founded by 1--3 divisions, analytic hierarchy process (AHP) was introduced to measure the weight of various factors, evaluate factors {9,7, 5,3 } was set according to the competition results { excellent, good, general, poor} quantitative evaluation, and an evaluation matrix was founded according to the experts' ratings, evaluation vector was acquired using the operators, and finally the scores were calculated, and effective teachers speaking lesson by level assessment by example, evaluation results could be used to help teachers find out deficiency and get a targeted improvement.
