摘 要:本文对"电子材料"课程教材内容的选取及教学方法改进进行了讨论。笔者在教学实践中较大幅度增强了半导体材料、光电子材料内容,增加了铁电、压电、热释电材料和纳米材料教学内容,弱化了电阻材料、超导材料的内容。教材内容的选取考虑了课程内容科学体系完整性、国际研究动态、应用状况及发展趋势,教学单位及教师的研究特长以及学生就业需要等因素。The teaching content and method of Electronic Materials course are discussed in this paper. In our teaching process, the contents of semiconduetor and optoelectronic materials are enhanced greatly, and those of ferroelectric and piezoelectric and pyroelectric as well as nanoscale materials are introduced, but the contents of super- conductor and resistance materials are cut down. It is suggested that teaching contents of Electronic Materials should be selected according to the basic principle of scientific integrity, and research progress of Electronic Materials, as well as the research field of the teacher and helpful for employment of the graduates.
