摘 要:目的:探讨护患沟通技能培训,对培养护生临床沟通能力的效果进行分析。方法:对2008级即将进入临床实习的272名护理本科生,在护理学实验中心模拟病房进行护患沟通技能培训,培训前和进入临床实习2周后,分别采用"护生临床沟通能力测评量表"评价护生沟通能力。结果:护生培训前和培训后在建立和谐关系、敏锐倾听、确认患者的问题、共同参与、传递有效信息及验证感受方面差异均有统计学意义,培训后明显优于培训前。结论:护患沟通技能培训可明显提高护生临床沟通能力。Objective:To explore effects of nurse-patient communication skills training for nursing students' clinical communication abilities.Methods:For coming into the clinical practice of our grade 2008 nursing undergraduate,272 were in the nursing experimental center simulation ward protection communication with technical training,The clinical communication skills were evaluated by a special scale training before and after 2w into clinical practice.Results:Training of nursing students before and after the training in the establishment of harmonious relationship,sequence of listening,identification of patient's problems,teamwork,passage of useful information and verification of feelings was statistically significant differences.Conclusion:Nurse-patient communication skills training can effectively improve the clinical communication ability of nursing students.
