新医改背景下中医药高等教育改革与发展的思考

摘　　要：新医改催生了中医药的改革,为其发展提供了新的机遇与挑战,同时也倒逼中医药高等教育改革。该文分析比较了中医药人才的社会贡献价值和回报机制,中医医疗机构从业人员的处境和待遇对中医院校人才的培养的影响,指出需要合理制定中医药医疗服务价格,提高中医药教育的投资回报,并提出在新医改背景下中医药高等教育改革与发展的相关建议。New medical reform expedited the reform of traditional Chinese medicine, which provided new opportunities and challenges for it, and new medical reform forced the reform of higher education at the same time. This analysis compared the social contribution value and the reward system of the TCM talents, the situation and treatment of employees in TCM medical institutions and its influences of personnel training of traditional Chinese medicine universities. We point out that the TCM service prices should be reasonable formulated to improve the investment returns of traditional Chinese medicine education, and we put forward some suggestions for the reform and development of traditional Chinese medicine higher education under the background of new medical reform.
