ZEB-1在胃癌组织中的表达及临床意义

摘　　要：目的探讨胃癌组织中ZEB-1的表达及意义。方法采用SP免疫组化法、形态计量、统计分析等方法检测ZEB-1蛋白在57例胃癌组织和20例癌旁正常胃组织中的表达情况。结果免疫组织化学结果显示ZEB-1在胃癌组织中呈阳性表达,阳性表达率为82.4%(47/57)明显高于在癌旁正常胃组织的阳性表达率15%(3/20);胃癌组织中ZEB-1的表达与肿瘤分化程度、浸润深度、有无淋巴结转移、临床分期及预后有关(P<0.05),与性别、年龄、肿瘤大小无关(P>0.05)。结论 ZEB-1在胃癌组织中的表达上调可能参与了胃癌的发生发展过程;ZEB-1可能诱导EMT促进胃癌的侵袭和转移;ZEB-1可能作为分子指标,对胃癌的诊断、治疗方案的选择及预后评价提供一定的临床依据。Objective To investigate ZEB- 1 protein expression in gastric carcinoma tissues and the clinical significance.Methods SP immunohistochemical method, morphometry and statistical analysis were used to detect the ZEB-1 protein expression in 5？ gastric tissues and 20 paracan-cerous normal gastric tissues.Results Immunohistochemical staining showed that the positive rates of ZEB-1 protein expression in gastric carcinoma tissues were 82.4% （47/57）, while the positive rates of ZEB-1 protein expression in the noimalgastric tissues were 15% （3/20）. The expressions of ZEB-1 in the former was significantly higher than that in the latter. We also found that ZEB-1 expression was significantly correlated with the tumor differentiation degree, the depth of invasion, metastasis, clinical stage and prognosis recurrence （P〈0.05）,but was not correlated with the sex, the age or the size of the tumor （P〉0.05）.Conclusion High expression of ZEB-1 is correlated with the development and progression of the gastric carcinoma; ZEB-1 might also participate in the epithelial-mesenchymal transition of gastric carcinoma, subsequently contributing to the invasion and metastasis; ZEB-l may act as a molecular target, provide a clinical basis for the diagnosis, treatment and prognosis evaluation program for gastric cancer.
