模块化生产网络治理模式选择动因及演化趋势研究

摘　　要：本文考察了模块化生产网络中系统整合者和模块供应商之间的关系。认为这一关系中的治理模式的选择实际上也是知识共享策略的选择,由系统整合者决定。一方面,基于KBT建立了一个系统整合者和模块供应商之间知识共享的概念模型,描述了知识共享对合作双方知识存量的影响。另一方面,基于TCE将某一合作者的议价能力分解为其拥有知识的专用性和专有性,以其在所在市场内的可替代性进行了计量。最后,以数理模型刻画了知识共享策略影响双方知识存量进而影响双方议价能力的机制。通过模型推导发现:知识共享程度存在一个临界点,当知识共享程度大于临界值时,知识共享程度与系统整合者议价能力正相关;反之,当知识共享程度小于临界值时,知识共享程度与系统整合者议价能力负相关。这一临界值由双方市场的在位者密度以及双方的知识吸收能力或知识衰退倾向决定。在不同的市场条件和不同的知识管理水平下,系统整合者采用两种策略的空间也不一样。这决定了系统整合者对于模块化生产网络治理模式的选择和演化方向。Observe the relationship between system integrators and modular suppliers in a modular product network. In fact, the choose of governance pattern in this relationship is the choose of strategy of knowledge sharing made by system integrators. On the one hand, based on the KBT, construct a knowledge sharing model between system integrators and modular suppliers and describe the impact of knowledge sharing on the knowledge stock. On the other hand, based on the TCE, partition the bargaining power into two dimensions which are specificity and exclusive, and measure them by the fungibility as a substitution variable. At last, use mathematical models to reveal the mechanism from knowledge sharing to knowledge stock to bargaining power in the relationship. This paper finds that there is a critical point about the degree of knowledge sharing. When the degree of knowledge sharing is higher than this point, it is positively related to the bargaining power of system integrators. On the contrary, When the degree of knowledge sharing is lower than this point, it is negatively related to the bargaining power of system integrators. This point is decided by the thickness of the two market and the absorption capacity or the recession tendency of two parts in the relationship. In different situation of market competition and knowledge management, there is different space of knowledge sharing strategy for system integrator. These determine the governance pattern and its evolutionary trends.
