摘　　要：跨文化交际能力的培养对于英语专业学生有着极为突出的重要性，针对高职英语专业学生对英语国家社会背景了解不足、文化素养普遍较低，跨文化交际意识较薄弱的特点，提出了跨文化交际能力的培养策略。以使高职英语专业学生能够更好的适应工作岗位的需求。Intercultural communication has great significance for English major students. According to the characteristic of higher vocational English major students, which are lack of understanding social background of English-speak country, generally low cultural literacy and weak awareness of intercultural communication, this paper proposes several strategies for cultivating intercultural communication competence, in order to make higher vocational English major students better meet to the demands for work.
