构建新建本科院校教育质量保障体系的探索——以福建江夏学院为例

摘　　要：高等教育保障体系一般由内部保障体系和外部保障体系两个方面构成。由于我国新建本科院校的"新建性",在教育质量内部保障体系中存在教育质量思想、教育质量组织、教育质量资源、教育质量制度以及教育质量监控等方面的诸多缺失。福建江夏学院在教育质量内部保障体系构建过程中,从坚持走内涵发展的办学理念,完善教学质量组织保障体系,健全教学质量制度保障体系,加强师资队伍建设,强化教学质量监控体系建设等五个方面进行了积极探索。The assurance system of higher education consists of internal and external guarantee system, because of the nature of ＂new-establishment＂, there are many defects in the internal assurance system, such as the ideology, organization, resources, system and supervision in educational quality. Fujian Jiangxia University in process of constructing the interior assurance system, adheres to the intensive development idea, improves the organizational guarantee system, and perfects the institutional guarantee system, strengthens the construction of teaching staff and monitoring system for it.
