摘  要:通过用膨化全脂大豆替代日粮中的普通豆粕,研究膨化全脂大豆对延边黄牛生产性能、养分消化率和胴体品质的影响。采用单因子随机区组设计,选择健康、体重相近的延边黄牛8头,分为两组,每组4头。对照组饲喂全混合日粮,试验组用膨化全脂大豆替代全混合日粮中的豆粕,试验期为90 d。试验结果表明,膨化大豆组平均日增重和采食量显著高于对照组(P<0.05);日粮中粗蛋白质和粗脂肪消化率显著高于对照组(P<0.05);膨化大豆组黄牛宰前活重、胴体重、屠宰率、净肉重、净肉率有所提高,但差异不显著(P>0.05);膨化大豆组牛肉的粗脂肪含量显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。用膨化全脂大豆替代豆粕可提高延边黄牛的日增重和采食量,提高日粮粗蛋白质和粗脂肪的消化率,可增加牛肉中的脂肪沉积,改善牛肉品质。The effect of extruded full-fat soybeans (ESB) on Yanbian cattle's production perfor- mance, nutrient digestibility and carcass quality were researched using ESB replacing bean pulp in feeds of Yanbian yellow cattle. Single factor random group design was used, 8 Yanbian yellow cattle of similar weight and health were selected, and were randomly divided into tow groups of four by weight. Control group was fed totally mixed ration, ESB group was fed feeds of ESB re- placing bean pulp in totally mixed ration. The cattle were fed for 90 days. The datas showed that compared with control group, the average daily gain and average daily feed intake significantly increased (P〈O.05) in ESB group, digestibility of crude protein and crude fat also significantly in- creased (P〈O.05). Although living weight without death, carcass weight, abatage ratio, bright flesh weight and bright flesh ratio increased, compared with control group, differences were not significant (P〉O.05). And crude fat content significantly increased (P〈O.05) in ESB group. The re- suits demonstrated that using ESB replacing bean pulp in feeds of Yanbian yellow cattle, could enhance the average daily gain and average daily feed intake, digestibility of crude protein and crude fat, and increase fat sedimentation within meat, resulting in improvement of beef quality.
