摘　　要：卓越工程师人才培养的目标是全面提高工程教育人才培养质量,构建有效的工程实践教学体系是保证目标实现的重要环节,论文介绍了上海应用技术学院电气工程及自动化专业联合企业构建的"一体两翼"的实践教学模式,及分层递进的工程实践教学体系,校企联合的实践教材建设,及管理运行机制的探索和实践,为深化校企合作进行工程人才的培养提供了有效的合作模式,为卓越工程师人才培养计划的实施提供了有力的保障。The target of excellent engineer training plan is to promote completely the quality of training engineers. Constructing a valid engineering practical training system is a crucial link to realize the target. The system takes＂ One body and two wings＂ teaching mode, hierarchical developing training system, and is developed for the major of electrical engineering and automation in Shanghai Institute of technology. Textbooks ~nd management system are thereby explored and completed. These achievements provide a valid cooperation model to train engineers cooperated by university and enterprise, and become a powerful system to assure the application of excellent engineer training plan.
