应用异丙酚及异丙酚、氯胺酮联合应用超浅麻醉的临床对比研究

摘　　要：目的 :为比较异丙酚单独应用和异丙酚、氯胺酮联合应用超浅麻醉在口腔门诊的效果。方法 :选择ASAⅠ级下颌智齿拔除患者 39例 ,随机分为两组 ,一组为异丙酚组 2 0例 ,年龄为 2 1～ 38岁 ;一组为异丙酚 +氯胺酮组 1 9例 ,年龄为 2 3～ 39岁 ,在超浅麻醉辅以局麻下拔牙。结果 :两组术前、术中、术后血压、脉膊、呼吸、血氧饱和度维持平稳 ,患者均获得了满意的镇静 ,在整个过程中放松、合作 ,毫无紧张焦虑感 ,并且自始至终与医生保持言语上的联系 ,有遗忘作用 ,副作用小 ,达到离院标准时间短。结论 :异丙酚与亚麻醉剂量的氯胺酮联合应用 ,可以有效减小氯胺酮的不良反应。Objective:[WT5”BZ][ST5”BZ]To study the effects of propofol intravenous and propofol with ketamine intravenous.[WT5”HZ][ST5”HZ]Methods:[WT5”BZ][ST5”BZ]Thirty nine dental patients with the extraction of the mandibular wisdom tooth,ASAI,were randomly allocated to two groups,propofol group with the age of 21 38 ycars old,propofol with kctaminc group with the agc of 23 39 ycars old.All cases undcrgoing dcntal cxtraction were given ultra light anacsthcsia as an adjunt local anacsthcsia.[WT5”HZ][ST5”HZ]Results:[WT5”BZ][ST5”BZ]The two groups were gained various levels of sedation,there were no significant differcnce among BP,HR,RR,SPO before,in,and after the operation.Throughout the whole procedure,the patients were kept relaxed,cooperated,no feeling of anxiety,and verbal contact with the dentists.There was a certain extent of amnesia postoperation,the incidence of postoperative side effects was low,the recovery time was short.[WT5”HZ][ST5”HZ]Conclusion:[WT5”BZ][ST5”BZ]Using the propolfol with subanacsthcsia ketmine at the same time could rduce the side effects of the ketamine.
