摘 要:分布式创新作为一种新型的企业间技术创新模式,对于提高创新质量和缩短研发周期具有积极影响。基于创新知识的流程观,解构分布式创新的动态演化过程,对创新过程中各节点的异质性、结构性和动态性知识进行治理。研究表明,异质知识分工是分布式创新的基础,联盟管理能力和关系嵌入强度交互影响分布式创新绩效;关系产权制度在知识共享行为影响分布式创新绩效过程中具有部分中介作用;环境不确定性负向调节多层次知识整合与分布式创新绩效的关系。构建了动态网络环境下分布式创新过程中企业间知识治理的概念模型。As one kind of new technological innovation models among enterprises, distributed innovation (DI) has a positive influence on the innovation cycle regarding quality and development times. This paper decomposes the dynamic evolution processes of DI based on a process perspective of knowledge in innovation. As the characteris-tics of the knowledge in the process of innovation are heterogeneous, structural and dynamic, it is governed re- spectively in this paper. The results show that, the heterogeneous knowledge division is directly associated with DI performance, which is effected by the interaction of alliance management capability and relational embedded- ness. Property rights of relationship promote DI performance through the knowledge sharing behavior. Environmen-tal uncertainty negatively moderates the relationship between multilevel knowledge integration and DI performance Then the paper constructs a concept model of knowledge governance mechanism of inter-firm for DI processes un-der dynamitic network environment. As a result, this research not only lays foundations for further empirical re-search, but also gives strategic advice for enterprises embracing DI.
