摘 要:目的 调查实习护生循证护理知识、技能、态度、行为状况,并以此为依据提出提高护生循证护理素质的对策.方法 修订“实习护生循证护理素质调查表”,整群抽样法对163名杭州市某三级甲等医院、已实习6个月以上、来自不同护理院校的实习护生进行问卷调查.结果 护生的循证护理素质总分及循证护理知识、技能和行为3个维度得分中位数分别为140.5,77.5,12.0,14.0,均为初步具备,循证护理态度维度得分中位数为36.5,为基本具备.不同学历护生的循证素质总分中位数分别为大专130,本科159,差异无统计学意义(Z=-1.260;P >0.05),接受过循证护理培训护生的循证素质总分及循证知识得分中位数分别为179,99,显著高于未接受过培训护生的130,68.5,差异有统计学意义(Z分别为-3.945,-4.516;P <0.01).结论 鉴于当前护生循证护理素质低的现状,需重视护生循证素质教育,优化课程设置,通过护生的循证护理实践,提高循证护理素质.Objective To investigate student nurses' knowledge,skill,attitude and behavior of evidence-based nursing,so as to provide countermeasures to improve their nursing quality.Methods Questionnaires of student nurses' quality of evidence-based nursing were revised and 163 student nurses who had more than 6 months of clinical practice from a Grade Ⅲ A hospital and different nursing colleges were investigated by the cluster sampling method.Results The quality of evidence-based nursing as well as knowledge,skill and behavior of student nurses were relatively lower,which were in the initial stage,while the attitude was higher,in the basic stage.There was no statistically significant difference between student nurses with different degrees (Z =-1.260,P > 0.05).Student nurses who had relevant training scored higher in the quality and knowledge of evidence-based nursing (Z =-3.945,-4.516,respectively; P < 0.01).Conclusions Education on evidence-based nursing should be paid more attention to according to the current situation,and student nurses'evidence-based nursing quality should be improved by the optimization of curricula and evidence-based nursing practice.
