摘 要:随着技能人才在我国经济建设中发挥着越来越重要的作用,其职业发展问题受到越来越多的关注。职业胜任力向组织和技能人才个人提供了一个清晰的职业生涯管理方式,一方面技能人才可以根据其职业胜任力选择自己的职业路径;另一方面组织可以通过提升技能人才的职业胜任力,提高其工作投入,增强其职业满意度。铁路技能人才作为我国技能人才队伍的重要组成部分,其职业胜任力包含职业相关技能和知识、职业认同、人际网络、职业探索、寻求职业反馈、自我概念、职业目标设定七个维度,并且对铁路技能人才的职业满意度具有正向的影响作用,其中职业认同、人际网络和寻求职业反馈对铁路技能人才职业满意度的预测作用较为显著。With skilled talents is playing an increasingly important role in our national economic construction,scholars pay more and more attention to their career development issues. Career competency provides a clear career management pattern to the organization and skilled talents,on the one hand,skilled talents can choose their career paths according to their career competencies; on the other hand,organizations can improve skilled talent job involvement through increasing their career competencies,which enhances their career satisfaction. As an important part of our skilled talents,railway skilled talent career competency includes 7 dimensions,they are career-related skills and knowledge,career identity,interpersonal networking,career exploration,seeking career feedback, self-concept and career goal setting; and the railway skilled talent career competency has a positive influence to career satisfaction, and career identity,interpersonal networks and seeking career feedback have a more significant prediction influence to career satisfaction.
