摘　　要：本文通过对2起替代医疗方案告知缺陷引起医疗纠纷的思考,针对当前医务人员对医疗风险认识不足、医患沟通不利"、替代医疗方案"告知缺陷等原因,导致医疗纠纷频发的情况,提出应增强医务人员的法律意识,尊重患者的知情选择权,规范医疗知情同意告知行为,对有效避免纠纷的发生具有现实意义。Medical staffs should strengthen the legal consciousness, respect patients informed choice, regulate the behavior of medical informed to avoid disputes through thinking of two alternative health care informed defect cause medical disputes, in the conditions of medi- cal staffs insufficient understanding of medical risk, doctor-patient communication is bad,inform defect of alternative health care.
