摘　　要：翻译是跨文化交际的桥梁,推动着各行各业的国际化发展。平遥国际摄影展已成为山西省对外交流的一个窗口。平遥国际摄影展的志愿者译员在翻译过程中存在怯场、语言交流技巧缺乏和背景知识积累不足等问题。翻译教学中应加强志愿者译员英语口译和笔译的训练。Translation is a bridge of intercultural communication which can promote the international development of all walks of life. Pingyao International Photography Festival has become a window for the foreign exchange in Shanxi. The volunteer interpreters in Pingyao International Photography Festival have such problems in their translation process as stage fright, lack of verbal communication skills and background knowledge. Therefore, in the teaching of translation, it is necessary to strengthen the training of English interpretation and translation of volunteer interpreters.
