摘　　要：分析性智力是1996年美国著名心理学教授Robert.J.斯滕伯格提出的"成功智力"理论成果之一。与传统智力强调的记忆力、观察力、想象力等不同,成功智力包括分析性智力、创新性智力、实践性智力。拥有成功智力,更容易使被教育者在现实中达成自己的目标,从而走向成功。本文即以高校思想政治课的教学为例,探讨成功智力之分析性智力培养的重要意义及策略。Analytical intelligence is one of the results of ＂successful intelligence＂ proposed by the famous American psychology professor Robert. J. Sternberg in 1996. Different from traditional intelligence, successful intelligence includes analytical intelligence, creative intelligence and practical intelligence. To possess successful intelligence, it is easier to enable educators＇ success in reality. In this paper, based on ideological and political course teaching as an example, explores the significance and strategy for the training of intelligence analysis.
