摘  要:随着社会发展和科技进步,现在社会经济发展开始进入到以娱乐为载体的方向。玩具也被赋予了新的概念和范畴。目前国内高校,是将玩具设计作为工业设计专业的一个专题课题来进行教学和研究。在国内的玩具教育存在着专业发展参差不齐、师资力量缺乏、教学环境的局限性等不足。在市场化进程迅速的今天,面对用人企业不断提升的用人技能要求,玩具专业教育只能通过多元的教学模式,不断深入教学改革、不断提升教学质量来满足社会对从业人员的需求。加强学生的实际专业能力水平提高的同时,培养师资队伍的实践技能与优化教学资源来应对未来教育问题,为企业培养真正意义的玩具设计人才做贡献。With the social development and technological progress, and now social economic development began to enter into the direction of entertainment as the carrier. Toy is also given' a new concept and scope. At present, universities take the toy design as an industrial design major topic for a thematic teaching and research. Educational toys in the country there is a professional development uneven, the lack of qualified teachers, teaching environment such as lack of limitations. In the process of rapid market today, faced with rising employment enterprises employing skill requirements, toys professional education only through diversified teaching mode, deepening teaching reform, and constantly improve the quality of teaching to meet the social needs of employees. Enhance students' ability to raise the level of the actual professional at the same time, training teachers' teaching practical skills and optimization of resources to meet future educational issues, to contribute to train the true meaning of toy design talents for enterprises.
