摘　　要：本文针对我国网络安全的实际情况,给出获取、利用Web网络中关键信息的系统模型。通过对Web网页搜索引擎、机器翻译、语料数据库自动建立等技术的研究,讨论构建基于机器翻译的跨语言网络信息安全主动防御模型。通过该模型获取、利用其他国家网络中关键信息,从而能够争取信息的获取权、控制权和使用权。Through the study of such technologies as web page search engine, machine translation, automatically establishment of cor- pus, this article discusses intelligent web page search engine based on large capacity corpus of web. On web page search, through the extraction tool, it discusses how to create a corpus, how to implement retrieval via index of established web corpus, how to provide us- ers an interface, and how to implement translation services. Finally, it gives the distributed solution to overall structure and divides the integrated system into the collection module, corpus extraction module, the building corpus and indexing module and user interface module.
