摘  要:"RISE体系"是美国印第安纳州政府为改善全州教师教育现状、提高教师队伍素质而推行的综合性教师评价体系。该体系以教师良好教学为基本理念,围绕专业实践和学生学习两个模块内容,系统反映优秀教师应有的特质,既对教师进行考核,又为教师提供支持。分析研究印第安纳州"RISE体系"的开发与评价过程,有助于深入了解美国地方性教师评价体系的实施情况,并从中获得改革教师评价的启示。The system of "RISE" is a comprehensive teacher evaluation system introduced by the Indiana state government to improve the teacher education and the quality of teaehers across the state. The system is based on the concept of teachers who have good teaching. It is centered around two content modules of professional prac- tice and student learning that provides support and assessment for teachers. And it reflects the eharaeteristies of excellent teachers. Studying the development and evaluation process of "RISE" can provide insights into the im- plementation of teacher evaluation system in American local area, and can obtain some inspiration on the reform of teacher evaluation.
