肠镜检查患者中综合护理干预的临床意义

摘　　要：目的探讨肠镜检查患者中综合护理干预的应用效果。方法选择在哈尔滨医科大学附属第四医院接受肠镜检查的患者60例,观察组30例,采用综合护理,对照组30例,常规向患者交代肠镜检查前的有关准备事项。结果观察组肠镜检查前端到达回盲部所需时间明显短于对照组(P<0.05);观察组护理干预后的SAS评分明显低于干预后的对照组(P<0.05);观察组腹痛程度为0、2级、非常满意、较差的例数与对照组相比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论实施综合护理干预可提高检查成功率,利于尽早明确诊断,减轻患者检查中的痛苦和不适反应。Objective To investigate the efficacy of comprehensive nursing intervention patients with colonoscopy examination. Methods Total 60 patients undergoing the colonoscopy examination were enrolled and divided into observation group （30 cases） and control group（30 cases）. The observation group received the integrated intervention care, while the control group received the conventional cares that the patients were told about the preparation before colonoscopy examination. Results As compared to the control group,the time which the distal end of colonoscope reached the ileocecum was shorter（P 〈 0.05 ） ;The SAS score after intervention was significantly lower（P 〈 0.05 ） ;The cases with abdominal pain （level 0 and 2） and very satisfied or somewhat satisfied were obviously difference in numbers between the two groups （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion The comprehensive nursing intervention can improve the success rate of colonoscopy examination, shorten the time of examination and reduce the pain and discomfort of patients.
