摘 要:目的了解江苏省苏州市市售水八仙中有机磷农药污染现状。方法采用毛细管气相色谱法测定水八仙中有机磷农药残留。结果本次抽查的178件样品中,共有7个样本(均为水芹)检出毒死蜱。总检出率为3.93%,超标件数为4件,总超标率为2.25%。结论我市市售水八仙中有机磷农药残留总体情况良好,但对于水芹生产中毒死蜱的使用仍需加大监督管理力度,保证消费者身体健康。Objective To investigate the organophosphorus pesticide residues in eight species of aquatic vegetables in Suzhou. Methods Organophosphorus pesticide residues in eight species of aquatic vegetables were determined by capillary gas chromatography. Results In 178 samples, 7 samples (both cress) were detected chlorpyrifos. The total positive rate was 3.93%. Four samples were found to exceed the standard, and the total exceeding standard rate was 2.25%. Conclusion The organophosphorus pesticide residues is less in general in eight species of aquatic vegetables, but the cress production with chlorpyrifos still need to intensify supervision and management to ensure the health of the consumers.
