摘 要:目的了解我市海产品中重金属铅、汞、镉、铬、铜的含量水平,评价其食用安全质量。方法在市区范围内采集具有代表性、典型性和适时性的产品,共11个品种285份,按照GB5009(或GB/T 5009)进行分析。结果 285份样品中铅、汞、镉、铬、铜检出率分别为93.3%、98.9%、98.2%、97.2%、67.5%,超标率分别为2.8%、0%、15.4%、0.4%、3.2%。结论 2012年我市海产品重金属的污染情况不容乐观,部分品种海产品重金属超标且含量较高,应引起高度重视。Objective To understand the pollution level of lead, mercury, cadmium, chromium and copper in seafoods from Ningbo and to evaluate the food safety. Methods Two hundred and eighty - five seafood samples including 11 species were collected for analysis according to GB 5009 ( or GB/T 5009) in Ningbo. Results The detection rates of lead, mercuv, cadmium, chromium and copper were 93.3% , 98.9% , 98.2% , 97.2% and 67.5%, respectively. And the exceeding standard rates were 2.8%, 0% , 15.4% , 0.4% and 3.2% , respectively. Conclusion The sanitary quality of seafoods was not optimistic in Ningbo in 2012, the contents of some heavy metals were higher in some varieties of seafoods, it should be paid to more attention.
