摘  要:目的了解丽水市禽蛋标本禽流感病毒的感染状况。方法对随机抽样的690只鸡、鸭、鸽蛋及126份农贸市场外环境对照标本采用荧光定量PCR方法检测禽流感病毒H7N9、H5和H9亚型核酸。结果 690只禽蛋标本H7N9、H5及H9亚型禽流感病毒核酸检测均为阴性,126份外环境对照标本H7N9亚型禽流感病毒核酸检测均为阴性,H5和H9亚型阳性标本各2份,阳性率为3.17%。结论禽蛋中H7N9、H5及H9亚型禽流感病毒污染率低,但丽水市禽间存在H5和H9亚型禽流感的传播。各有关部门应加强合作,采取切实有效措施,防止人感染禽流感。Objective To understand the H7N9 virus contamination in eggs and poultry products in Lishui city by RNA detection. Methods 690 eggs and 126 specimens from the environment of agricultural market were detected by real-time PCR method for nucleic acid of avian influenza virus H7N9, H5 and H9 subtypes respectively. Results RNA samples of eggs were negative for H7N9, H5 and H9 subtypes. RNA of 126 environmental samples were negative for H7N9, but 2 samples were positive for H5 and H9 subtypes respectively, and the positive rate was 3. 17%. Conclusion The contamination rate of avian influenza virus in eggs was low, but H5 and H9 subtypes were existed among poultry in Lishui city. All relevant departments should strengthen cooperation to take effective measures to prevent human infection.
