摘　　要：［背景］探讨手术治疗先天性特发性眼球震颤治疗效果．［病例报告］采用 Ｐａｒｋｓ５－６－７－８法及其 改良术式治疗８例先天性特发性眼球震颤病人．结果，原在住眼球震颤消除或减轻，异常头位消除或明 显改善，视力提高．［讨论］手术是治疗先天性特发性眼球震颤的行之有效的治疗办法．BACKGROUND To study the curative effects of congenital moter defect nystagmus by operation. CASE REPORT & cases of the congenital moter defect nystagmus were treated with the Parks 5-6-7-8 method and the modified surgery. The nystagmus could be disappeared or weakened, the abnormal head posture could be disappeared or obviously improved and the vision was raised on primary poisons. DISCUSSION The operation is practical and effective method for treating the congenital motor defect nystagmus.
