绿色木霉HB产纤维素酶的条件研究

摘　　要：通过正交试验研究了C源、N源、P源及料水比的不同组合对绿色木霉HB产纤维素酶活性的影响 ,得出了最佳组合方式 ,在此基础上 ,继续研究了其他外界条件对该木霉产纤维素酶活性的影响 ,得到了最佳的产纤维素酶条件 ,并对其进行了应用试验。In an orthogonal experiment the influences of different C,N and P sources and stuff/water ratio on cellulase production by Trichoderma viride HB were investigated and an optimum combination of the above-mentioned factors was obtained. In a further study of the influences of other exoteric conditions on the activity of this enzyme,optimum conditions for the production of cellulase were identified,and then were used in an application experiment.
