摘　　要：本文概述了乳蛋白基因及其mRNA的结构和功能的主要特征及实际应用情况。通过比较不同物种间的乳蛋白基因和cDNA ,证实了它们的进化突变速率很高 ,但是其总体组织形式却是保守的。对乳蛋白基因的结构和功能的深入了解 ,及转基因技术的不断进步 。s: It was presented in this review, the main structure and function characteristics and application of Lactoprotein genes and their mRNAs. It had been conformed the high mutation rate during evolution and their conservative organization, by contrasts of genomic DNA and cDNA sequences of lactoprotein genes in different species. The further research of the structure and function of lactoprotein genes and the rapid progress of transgenic technology will make it possible to genetically modify lactoprotein.
