摘　　要：多发性骨软骨瘤为软骨瘤的一种,与遗传有关,属先天性骨骼发育异常。恶变之骨软骨瘤称软骨肉瘤。由于至今对多发性骨软骨瘤的整体认识还不深,本文对近五年来关于多发性骨软骨瘤的研究进行归类整理,主要从其并发症、诊断及鉴别诊断、治疗及预后等方面的研究进展做一综述。Multiple osteochondroma is a hereditary cartilage tumor, belonging to congenital skeletal abnormalities. Malignant transformation of osteochondroma is called chondrosarcoma. Because the general understanding of multiple osteochondroma is not deep, this paper classify and organize the researches on multiple osteochondroma in nearly five years, and does a review mainly from its complications, diagnosis and differential diagnosis, treatment and prognosis.
