摘  要:校地合作是新建本科院校转型发展的重要选择。当前,二级学院是新建本科院校开展校地合作的主要载体,新建本科院校要坚持客观公正、民主透明、全面考查和注重实绩的原则,兼顾工作组织、合作内容、运行管理、合作成效、工作创新等范畴设计二级学院绩效考核指标体系,并积极构建科学的运行方式。同时,新建本科院校要制定二级学院校地合作工作绩效考核的配套机制,保障和助推其校地合作工作的开展。Cooperation between university and locality is an important choice that a newlyestablished undergradu ate university should make for its upgrading and further development. Nowadays, schools of newlyestablished un dergraduate universities have become main carriers for the schoollocality cooperation. When designing the perfor mance evaluation index system, the principles of being objective, fair, and transparent should be well observed as well as an allround check into practical effects. Also, the system should involve substantial attention of organiza tion forms, concrete practices, project management, evaluation of practical results, innovations. And scientific opera tion modes should be carried out. Meanwhile, supporting mechanism for schoollocality cooperation should be de veloped proactively to guarantee and accelerate the cooperation between the university and local entities.
