摘　　要：概述了工业仿真技术,结合常熟理工学院化学与材料工程学院进行的工业仿真模拟教学实践,探索了仿真教学的实施、管理方式,同时对仿真模拟教学的效果进行了评价,并对教学中存在的不足提出了下一步的整改措施。经过教学实践发现,学生在仿真教学加现场参观的教学模式中动手能力和综合运用知识的能力得到很大提高,为今后踏上工作岗位打下了坚实的基础,而仿真教学也势必会成为现代教学不可缺少的手段。This paper summarized the industrial simulation technology, and in combination with the industrial simu- lation practice of School of Chemistry and Material Engineering in Changshu Institute of Technology, the implemen- tation and management methods of the simulation teaching were explored, and the effect of the simulation teaching was evaluated. Besides, the paper proposed the corrective measures against the inadequacies in teaching practice. As a result of the industrial simulation teaching practice, the operation ability and the ability of integrated use of knowledge have be＇en greatly improved, which has laid a good foundation for the future work. Therefore, the simulation teaching is sure to become an indispensable means of modern teaching.
