基于校企合作的卓越软件人才培养模式的探索

摘　　要：在卓越计划的指导下,在结合多年来校企合作高端工程人才培养的成功经验的基础上,创立了高校和企业联合培养机制,依托校企合作人才培养模型,遵循人才培养各个环节的合理性和科学性,共同研究制定实践教学培养标准,共建实践课程及校企双师型师资队伍,规划实践教学内容,完善人才质量评估体系。通过高等教育与行业企业的良性互动,共同培养了一大批适应行业需求的卓越软件工程技术人才,在校企联合培养卓越人才方面进行了有益的探索。Under the guidance of ＂Plan for Educating and Training Outstanding Engineers （PETOE）＂ , this paper points out the training mode of outstanding software engineer talents based on university enterprise cooperation. Following this training mode, the university has made a lot of reforms and practices aiming at training standard, course reform, teacher training, talent assessment, etc. Through positive interaction between universities and enterprises, a large number of software engineering talents are trained. Obviously, the mode has important practical significance.
