澳大利亚高校实验室安全管理工作考察与思考

摘　　要：以澳大利亚迪肯大学为例,介绍了澳大利亚高校的实验室安全管理组织结构、实验室安全入门培训和实验室准入制度、实验室安全防护和应急设施、化学品管理和废弃物管理以及实验室安全管理队伍等方面的情况,在此基础上,对澳大利亚高校实验室安全管理的先进理念和制度进行了分析和思考,提出了建立和完善适合我国国情的实验室安全管理体系的若干建议。Taking Australian Deakin University as an example, this article introduces the organization structure of laboratory safety management, induction and training courses, safety protection and emergency facilities, the management of chemicals, the management of wastes and the team of laboratory safety management, etc. In addition, the advanced concept and system of laboratory safety management of Australian universities are analyzed further. Some thoughts for setting up and improving the safety management system to meet the practical situation of our country are proposed.
