高职学生创业精神与能力培养模式的探索

摘　　要：通过对创业精神、创业能力及存在问题的分析,探索高职院校培育大学生创业精神与能力的路径:对创新人才培养模式、创新教学与创业教育课程体系、加强培养创业人才的师资队伍建设、营造校园创新创业文化、在实战中培养大学生创业能力等进行研究;并进一步对与政府合作共建创业平台、创新制度与政策支持大学生创业、为电子商务创业降低成本与技术转移服务等进行了探索。Based on the analysis of entrepreneurial spirits, abilities and the existing problems, the approaches to train entrepreneurial spirit and ability for higher vocational college students are explored： innovating talents training model, innovating teaching and entrepreneurship education curriculum, developing entrepreneurial talents to strengthen the teaching staff, creating a campus culture of innovation and entrepreneurship, and cultivating college students＂ entrepreneurship in practice; besides, further cooperation with the government to build business platform, innovating systems and policies to support entrepreneurial students, and reducing costs for e-commerce and technology transfer services.
