以就业为导向的高职公共英语课程改革探析

摘　　要：高职英语教育应以就业为导向,强调实用性与实践性。但当前高职英语教育仍大量存在着理论学科式教育的特征,与工作实际相脱节,导致毕业生走向工作岗位后无法满足业务上的英语能力要求。要解决这一问题,应从高职英语教材、课程安排、师资力量、班级划分及教学内容等方面进行改革,实现学以致用。Higher vocational college English education should be employment-oriented, and should emphasize its practicality. However, currently, higher vocational college English education is still theoretical education, which goes adrift from working practice, so that graduates could not meet the demands of working posts. To deal with this problem, higher vocational colleges should reform from aspects of textbooks, course arrangement, teacher resources, class division and teaching content.
