摘　　要：高校辅导员师德建设意义重大。从师德的哲学解读入手,分析高校辅导员师德现状与存在问题,主要表现为:在市场经济利益驱动的背景下,高校辅导员价值观念失衡,师德失范时有发生;高校辅导员职业认同感、归属感不强,影响师德建设效果;高校师德建设、评价、监督和激励机制不完善。制定明确的高校辅导员师德规范,发挥社会主义核心价值体系的引领作用,培育辅导员群体的伦理精神,构建高校辅导员师德建设长效机制是优化高校辅导员师德建设的可能路径。The moral construction of college counselors is of great significance. The＇ problems with the morals of college counselors include the value imbalance and the attenuated sense of professional iden- tification. It is proposed that a moral code be established for college counselors so as to exert their leading role in constructing the socialist core value system.
