摘　　要：企业社会网络的出现为企业的沟通模式带来了新的借鉴和变革,同时也影响了企业知识共享的方方面面。文章根据Web 2.0典型技术的最初市场定位划分了企业知识共享的类型,总结了不同类型企业知识共享的特征和模式,并选取实时交互网络型企业知识共享进行了案例分析。结论证明通过企业社会网络研究企业知识共享是一种新的思路,且社会网络分析法是定量研究企业知识共享的有效方法。The emergence of Enterprise Social Network （ESN） brings new references and revolutions to enterprise communica- tion patterns, and meanwhile influences every aspect of enterprise knowledge sharing. This paper firstly classifies the enterprise knowledge sharing types in accordance with the initial market orientation of the typical Web2. 0 technologies. Then it summarizes the characteristics and patterns of knowledge sharing of different types of enterprises, and selects the enterprise knowledge sharing of the real-time interactive network type for case analysis. The conclusions prove that it＇ s a new idea to study the enterprise knowledge sharing by means of E^N, and the social network analysis method is an effective method to quantitatively study the enterprise knowl- edge sharing.
