摘  要:随着互联网的飞速发展,青少年网络成瘾问题已经受到社会各界的广泛关注,并引起医学和心理学界的高度重视。目前,神经影像学在网络成瘾研究中的应用为预防、干预和治疗青少年网络成瘾提供"可视化"的科学依据。本文首先对网络成瘾的界定与临床诊断进行了阐述;其次回顾了近年来网络成瘾的功能影像学研究,发现网络成瘾者的额叶、海马、扣带回、丘脑等脑区参与了大脑的激活,这些变化很可能与成瘾者的认知和决策等功能相关联。脑功能影像学的研究揭示了网络成瘾青少年的大脑结构和功能的异常,为青少年网络成瘾的功能影像学机理提供进一步的证据,并为临床干预提供理论指导。最后,我们对未来研究进行了展望以期丰富和发展青少年网络成瘾方面的研究。With the rapid development of the Internet, adolescents' Internet addiction has attracted wide at- tention in society, especially in medical and psychological fields. At present, neuroimaging provides a visualized basis for the prevention, intervention and treatment of adolescents' Intemet addiction. This study introduces the definition and clinical diagnosis of Internet addiction, and reviews in retrospect the recent research into neuroim- aging related to Internet addiction. The authors find that the Frontal Lobe, Hippocampus, Anterior Cingulate, and Thalamus of the brain of each of those with Internet addiction participate in the activation of the brain, as is likely to have connection with their cognition and decision making. Also, the authors reveal these people' s ab- normal brain structure and functions, providing f'urther evidence for the mechanism of neuroimaging related to ad- olescents' Interact addiction, as well as guidance for clinical interventions. In conclusion, the authors put for- ward proposals on the future research into adolescents' Internet addiction.
