摘　　要：目的建立大蒜油胶囊中大蒜新素的高效液相色谱测定方法。方法样品处理后,采用乙腈水溶液(80+20)做流动相,C18柱分离,240 nm波长下二极管阵列检测器检测。结果该法在0.2μg/ml^400μg/ml范围内线性关系良好,相关系数为0.9999,相对标准偏差均小于6,回收率为97.8%~101.3%,检测限为0.5 ng,定量限为1.65 ng^4μg。结论本法样品前处理简单,检测快速,定性定量准确,回收率高,精密度好,适用蒜油胶囊中大蒜新素含量的测定。Objective To establish a method for determination of allitridi in garlic oil soft capsule by HPLC.Methods The separation was carried on an C 18 column by using the mobile phase consisting of acetonitrile ＋ water（80 ＋ 20）.The flow rate was 1.0 ml / min.The absorption was carried out by PDA using the wavelength at 240 nm.Results The method showed good linearity in 0.2 μg /ml ~ 400μg /ml with the correlation coefficient of 0.9999 and the RSDs were less than 6%,and the recoveries were 97.8% ~ 101.3%,with the detection limit of 0.5 ng and quantitative range of 1.65 ng ~ 4 μg.Conclusion The method is simple and rapid with high recovery rate and good precision,it can be used for analysis of allitridi in garlic oil soft capsule.
