摘　　要：随着信息环境和用户需求的变化,图书馆正在向数字化、网络化、泛在化、智能化、知识化发展。在科技创新年代,中国中医科学院图书馆作为我国中医药图书文献资源中心,要努力适应发展环境的变化,重新定位图书馆的功能,改革与时代发展不适应的组织管理及业务模式,在中医药资源建设及利用、中医药信息服务与人才资源开发等方面进行相应创新,积极拓展自己的职责,实现业务模式与服务能力的转型和超越,以保证图书馆可持续发展。With the changes of the information environment and user requirements, libraries are developing towards digitization, internetization, ubiquity, intelligentization and knowledge-based. In the age of science and technology innovation, as the center of literature resource of traditional Chinese medicine academic documents, the Library of China Academy of Chinese Medical Sciences （CACMS） should adapt itself to the changing environment by redefining its functions, reforming the dated organization management and business models in the areas of traditional Chinese medicine resource construction ＆amp; utilization, information service and human resource development. It should also devote to expending its responsibilities to achieve the transformation and transcendence in business models and servicing abilities. The suggestions above would ensure CACMS Library be developed sustainablely.
