传统师承教育与当前中医药人才培养

摘　　要：分析国内外中医师承教育,从传统师承教育和我国院校教学的沿革分析讨论当前中医药人才培养问题,对院校教育、继续教育、高层次教育等做剖析,并就本地区实践经验和成果来研究和探索师承教育的方式、方法,以适应当前社会的发展为目标,导入现代教学教育的理念和技术,提出当前包括师承教育在内的中医药人才培养和中医药专家队伍建设应当采取的策略和措施,实现未来人才规模化、集成化地塑造健康的中医药队伍。Analysis of the domestic and foreign teacher apprentice education,from the angle of evolution of apprentice education and traditional Chinese teaching,discusses the cultivation of the talents of traditional Chinese medicine now.College education,continuing education,high levels of education were analyzed,through the local area practice experience and achievements,to research and explore the apprentice education way.The purpose is to adapt to the social development as the goal,import the modern education concept and technology,put forward the current strategy and measures including the Chinese medicine personnel training and traditional Chinese medicine experts team construction,realize to cultivate excellent team of traditional Chinese medicine in the future.
