法国工程师大学校教育对“卓越工程师教育培养计划”中企业培养方案制定的启示

摘　　要：在法国大学校工程师教育中,学校与企业的关系主要表现为:企业直接参与学校人才培养管理,常态的产学研合作模式,基于企业和工程师大学合作关系的职业培训机制,企业对学校在教学设备和实验仪器上的资助。企业培养方案的制定是落实"卓越工程师教育培养计划"的核心环节,是工程教育的重要特征和本质要求。法国高等工程师教育对我国"卓越工程师教育培养计划"中企业培养方案的制定带来的启示包括:人才培养标准应由教育界与工业界联合制定,创立全面的高校与行业企业联合培养人才的新机制,"卓越工程师教育培养计划"应实行双导师制,要配合企业"走出去"战略,把培养具备国际视野,能够进行跨文化交流、合作和参与国际竞争的工程师作为重要内容,实行以企业需求为导向的选择性人才培养,要达到学校、企业和学生三方共赢的局面。During the French Grandes Eeoles education, the main manifestations of the relationships between school and enterprise are the participation of the enterprise in the student training in school, the normal enterprises aniversities researches cooperation model, the profession training mechanism based on the cooperation between enterprise and Grandes Ecolea, and the enterprise funding for the teaching and experiment equipment of schools. The establishment of industry training plan is not only the core but also the important feature and the essential requirement linked to the implement of the plan for educating and training outstanding engineers. The enlightenments of French engineering Grandes Ecoles on the professional training program of ＂A Plan for Educating and Training Outstanding Engineers＂ includes the formulation of the training stan- dards by schools and enterprises, the full establishment of novel training mechanism by uniting schools and enterprises, the ＂double tutors＂ sys- tem,the implement of the selective training model to meet the enterprise requirement,the important content to be carried out to train students to be engineers with global view, the ability of intercultural communication and international competition to cooperate with the ＂walking out＂ of strategy of enterprise,and the achievement of win- win among school, enterprise and students.
