摘　　要：针对教育信息化在河南的发展问题,通过分析教育信息化的内涵和发展瓶颈,提出社会资源的概念,阐述了社会资源在教育信息化发展中的重要作用,并通过调查研究,提出在河南将社会资源用于教育信息化的具体实施途径。Aiming at the problems in the development of education informatization in Henan, the paper analysis the connotation and the bottleneck of the development of education information, and put forward the concept of social resources. Then this paper expounds the important functions of social resources in the development of education information, and through the investigation and study, put forward the concrete ways of Accelerate the development of education informationization by social resources＇s assistance in Henan.
