摘  要:师范院校图书馆如何配合师范院校办学理念的调整,利用本馆文献资源和专业人员优势,探索实践图书馆为"教师教育"服务的内容和手段,以适应教师教育发展的需要。以贵州师范大学图书馆为"教师教育"服务开展的实践为例,对提升服务"教师教育"理念、深化"教师教育"服务内容、重视为教师继续教育服务等方面进行了探讨,提出拓展、深化"教师教育"服务是师范院校图书馆服务生命力之所在。Libraries in normal universalities should keep up with the development of the educational phi- losophy, take advantage of the literature resources as well as professionals, explore the means of serving for teachers' education and thus meet the needs of the development of teachers' education. This thesis elaborates a case study on teachers' education services carried out in Guizhou Normal University by investigating the ways to promote the concept and to deepen the contents in teachers' education service. The author points out that greater importance should be attached to the further education of teachers, and the essence of normal uni- versity library lies in the expansion and deepening of its service for teachers' education.
