摘　　要：创业人才培养因时应势而生,它既能缓解经济发展、转型所带来的压力,也能缓解就业的压力,同时还能引导人们树立正确的人生价值观。在分析我国创业人才培养现状的基础上,从其原因着手,探讨了创业人才培养的思路。Entrepreneurial potential talents are called for by the times to alleviate the pressure brought by the economic development, social transformation and unemployment. It is also indispensable for people to form a correct outlook on life. Therefore, this paper points out that it＇s of great significance to have a spe- cific analysis of the current situation of the cultivation of entrepreneurial talents as well as the causes in the background and put forward new ideas for this work.
