摘　　要：传统的大学英语听力教学模式无法满足信息时代对人才素质的新的需求。网络多媒体教学成为现代教育发展的必然趋势。以建构主义理论为基础,探讨了基于网络多媒体的开放式英语听力教学模式的具体设计和构建,并分析了这一教学模式的优势。The traditional teaching mode of college English listening cannot satisfy the requirements for tal- ent qualities in the information times. A newly developed teaching approach based on the multimedia net- work has become the trend of modern education. Based on constructivism, the paper discusses the design and construction of the opening mode of college English listening teaching, and analyzes the advantages of this teaching mode. The purpose is to provide the new references to solve the dilemma of English listening teaching in Higher Vocational Colleges.
