摘　　要：中高职衔接是建设现代职业教育体系的重要内容。通过对目前中高职整体现状的介绍,指出衔接培养中普遍存在的制度、培养目标、课程和师资等几个方面的问题,并提出了针对性解决措施。The convergcncc of secondly and higher vocational education plays an important role in the con struction of modern vocational education system. The essay, based on the overall presentation of its cur- rent status, points out some prevalent problems in the process of this integration, involving such aspects as the training objectives, curriculum designing and development of teachers.
