摘　　要：简要介绍了企业信息化的概念与内涵、企业竞争力的特征,分析了供热企业通过实施信息化提升企业竞争力的途径和方法。This paper introduces the concept of enterprise information and content, the characteristics of the competitiveness of enterprises, analyzes the heating enterprises through the implementation of information technology to enhance the competitive-ness of enterprises approach and methodology.
